whats up guys im john im 20 years old i live in escondido ive had an 02 suzuki sv650 for a while now and just got it registered so now i can ride with you guys.

Saweeet! Finally, its only been a year. Johns doing it right by selling his cager right after the bike was reg'd, so now hes full time 2 wheels. Thats the way to do it! Bike sounds great by the way. Welcome to the site finally!

haha yea i think so too and thanks again for your help earlier i really appreciate it noe just need suspension done and possibly a rotor haha. and yea rode so smooth goin home alot nicer than when we went up to ur place

Confirmed, F3 internals are a direct bolt in - I'm still not convinced they are longer but it sure seems so - that would be easier to work with than if they were shorter. 94 F2 forks will work - first gen cartridges, 95-96 F3 were second gen cartridges and 97-98 F3 cartridges were revised for best performance - all will work.

It was mentioned in the article that the F3 front Forks are longer by 2" and the bars may have to be swaped or clip-ons added. I would check and make sure that the bushings and seals for both the forks have the smae part number other wise some measuring may be needed to find which one will work best.
What an easy mod though, nice find Mike.
