The bike was first equipped with a ThunderHeader 2 into 1 Exhaust.
Later, this setup would be header wrapped to keep the heat in the tubes and improve velocity. The long pipe and engine vibration was prone to cracking the header mount so a modified version had to be used. The pipe also showed to have better power characteristics by shortening it at the collector by 4 inches. Pics to come: |
